摘  要:倾角仪台体表面加工难度大、精度高。采用平行刀路宏程序加工,拓展了普通三轴联动数控铣床手工编程范围,省去了因找平斜面需要的大量时间。通过建立斜面数学模型,计算出斜面各刀位点的三维坐标,再根据斜面表面粗糙度值大小,确定出球头刀平行刀轨最大的步距和刀路数量。平行刀路宏程序能够准确地控制球头刀刀位点的运行轨迹,不仅降低了非切削时间,而且保证了斜面加工精度。Inclinometer platform contain inclined surfaces,which are difficult to machine and have high precision.The macro program with parallel tool path is programmed to expand the manual programming range of the common three-axis CNC milling machine,eliminating the need for a large amount of time required to level the inclined plane.By establishing a mathematical model of the inclined plane,the three-dimensional coordinates of the tool points of the inclined plane are calculated,and then according to the roughness value of the inclined plane surface,the maximum step distance and the number of paths of the parallel tool path of the ball head cutter are determined.The parallel tool path macro program can accurately control the running track of the ball-end tool position,which not only reduces the non-cutting time,but also ensures the machining accuracy.
