摘 要:现代书院制是中西结合、融古纳今的新型育人模式,亦是高校实施“三全育人”的新途径,成了近年中国高校教育改革的积极探索和有效尝试。但在医学教育领域,仅个别医学院校实行了书院制管理。为探索医学院校育人的新途径,以我国实施了书院制管理的医科大学为例,阐述其在促进人才全面发展方面开展的一系列创新实践。研究认为:医学院校书院制“三全育人”应考虑专业特点、教育发展的国际化趋势,明确的育人目标、全员参与的育人氛围、畅通的育人机制、多元的育人文化、创新的育人形式将有利于提升书院制人才培养的成效,亦可为推进“三全育人”综合改革提供参考。The modern college academy system,a new type of educational model that combines traditional and contemporary educational ideas and integrates both Eastern and Western approaches,is also a new path for universities to implement the“Three-Dimensional Education”strategy.In recent years,it has become an active exploration and effective attempt in the reform of China’s higher education.However,in the field of medical education,only a handful of medical colleges and universities have implemented it.To explore new approaches to medical education,the paper exemplifies the independent medical university in China with a college academy system and elaborates on a series of innovative practices undertaken to promote all-round talent development,by exploring a new model of“Three-Dimensional Education”in medical universities.The study found that the model needs grasping the professional characteristics,international development trend of education,clear educational goals,a supportive educational atmosphere that involves all staffs,effective educational mechanisms,diverse educational cultures,and innovative educational forms.All this is beneficial for improving the effectiveness of college-based talent development.The college academy system for medical universities provides some reference for promoting the comprehensive reform of“Three-Dimensional Education”.
