摘 要:随着碳中和、碳达峰的实施不断深化,辽宁省的风力、光伏等新能源发电占比不断提升,辽宁省电网面临新能源电力调节调度灵活性弱、消纳压力大等诸多问题。本文通过探究虚拟电厂的内涵、运营管理模式、相关产业链和分类,分析对比国内外虚拟电厂建设和发展趋势,结合辽宁省电力供应与需求特点,从虚拟电厂的定位和技术角度出发规划辽宁虚拟电厂建设,并提出虚拟电厂建设策略,为其他省市虚拟电厂建设提供借鉴。With the implementation of carbon neutralization and carbon peak,the generationproportion of wind power,photovoltaic power and other new energy power in Liaoning Province is increasing,and the power grid of Liaoning Province is facing many problems such as weak flexibility of regulating and dispatching new energy power and high pressure of consumption.By exploring the connotation,operational mode,related industrial chains and classification of virtual power plants,the paper compares the construction and recent trends of virtual power plants at home and abroad,puts forward a construction plan for Liaoning’s virtual power plant based on characteristics of power supply and demand,and proposes some construction strategies to provide reference for the building of virtual power plants in other places.
