下置式副构架径向转向架技术研究

摘　　要：简要阐述了当前我国副构架径向转向架轮对径向机构的结构特点;为适应我国既有集成制动装置的安装,开展了下置式副构架径向转向架总体技术方案设计,完成了关键零部件结构强度仿真分析、试验验证及转向架样机试制。研究结果表明:下置式副构架径向转向架结构可靠、科学、合理。The structural characteristics of radial mechanism in radial bogie frame are briefly presented;In order to adapt to the installation of the existing integrated braking device,the overall technical design of the radial bogie with the lower sub-frame was carried out,and the structural strength simulation analysis,test verification and trial production of the bogie prototype of the key components were completed.The results show that the structure of radial bogie with lower side frame is reliable,scientific and reasonable.
