摘 要:滤油器体这种腔体类中小零部件在机械加工过程中存在年产量较大、部分尺寸精度较高、贯穿孔与轴线存在夹角、工时定额统计困难等问题,针对上述情况,制订合理的机械加工工艺流程确保对产品质量进行全面管控,同时根据实际状况通过有效的定额工时计算方案解决生产排产及生产平衡问题,针对性的对相关工序进行夹具设计既确保了制造过程加工精度又提升了劳动生产率,并且改进过程的数据及方案积累会为未来制造现场的数字化模拟和推进工作打下坚实基础。In the machining process of small and medium-sized parts such as the oil filter body cavity,there are problems such as large annual output,high dimensional accuracy of some parts,included angle between the through hole and the axis,and difficulty in working hour quota statistics.In view of the above situations,a reasonable machining process flow is formulated to ensure comprehensive control of product quality.At the same time,production scheduling and production balance problems are solved through an effective working hour quota calculation scheme according to the actual situation,Targeted fixture design for relevant processes not only ensures the machining accuracy of the manufacturing process,but also improves the labor productivity,and the accumulation of improved process data and plans will lay a solid foundation for the digital simulation and promotion of the future manufacturing site.
