摘 要:整车制造过程中,车身、底盘总成、电器系统等部件是由大量的工位来实现的,工位数量多、零部件众多,而且在生产过程中还存在诸多不确定因素。为了更好地保证整车生产一致性,在满足客户质量要求的同时满足公司和客户利益,整车制造企业应进行大量的试验工作,以验证生产线上各工序之间执行工艺标准是否一致。为此需要一套可靠的工具对整个整车生产过程进行监控和控制,其中最重要并有效地解决这个问题就是实施整车生产一致性管控系统。During the whole vehicle manufacturing process,the body,chassis assembly,electrical system and other components are realized by a large number of stations,with a large number of stations and parts,and there are many uncertain factors in the production process.In order to better ensure the consistency of vehicle production and meet the customer's quality requirements while meeting the interests of the company and customers,vehicle manufacturers should carry out a lot of test work to verify whether the process standards implemented between various processes on the production line are consistent.Therefore,a set of reliable tools is needed to monitor and control the whole vehicle production process.The most important and effective solution to this problem is to implement the vehicle production consistency management and control system.
