摘 要:锅炉水冷壁向火侧内烟气与水冷壁管内饱和水之间的传热,使水冷壁管间、水冷壁管与鳍片间、水冷壁向火侧和背火侧间产生较大的热应力。本文通过数值模拟获得垂直膜式水冷壁管屏在较高炉膛温度下的温度场和应力场分布,获悉了水冷壁管内压力及温度决定了水冷壁热应力的大小及分布,得知了水冷壁管与鳍片拉裂的原因是锅炉热负荷在短时间内的交替变化,其计算结果为水冷壁在发生热应力拉裂破坏条件下的改进及合理应对拉裂事故提供了方向。Significant thermal stresses are led between the water wall tubes,between the water wall tubes and the fins,and between the fire side and the back fire side of the water wall because of the heat transfer between the flue gas and the saturated water in the water wall of the boiler.In this article,numerical simulation is used to obtain the temperature and stress distribution of the tube screen of the vertical membrane water-cooled wall under high furnace temperature,and it is concluded that the magnitude and distribution of the thermal stress on the water-cooled wall are determined by the pressure inside the water-cooled wall pipe and the water-cooled wall temperature.Meanwhile,the reason for the tearing between the water-cooled wall pipe and the fin is due to the alternating changes in the boiler's short-term thermal load.The calculation results provide guidance for improving the design and reasonable modification of tearing accidents under the condition of thermal stress�induced failure of the water-cooled wall.
