摘 要:本文采用刚粘塑性有限元法对钛合金的等通道转角挤压过程进行仿真模拟,研究了挤压过程的流变变形分布、应变分布和应力分布的特点,给出了不同外弧过渡角时的详细分布结果。结果表明:经典的总应变量主要由沿转角对角线方向的切应变提供;计算公式仅在外弧过渡角较小时比较准确,外弧过渡角较大时,必须考虑应变的不均匀性和过程的复杂性;通过优化,作为难变形材料的钛合金的等通道转角挤压工艺是可以实现的。This article uses the rigid viscoplastic finite element method to simulate the equal channel angular extrusion process of titanium alloy,focusing on the characteristics of rheological deformation distribution,strain distribution,and stress distribution during the extrusion process.Detailed distribution results at different external arc transition angles are provided.The results show that the classical total strain is mainly provided by the shear strain in the diagonal direction of the extension angle.The calculation formula is only more accurate when the external arc transition angle is small,and when the external arc transition angle is large,the non�uniformity of strain and the complexity of the process must be considered.Through optimization,a feasible equal channel angular pressing process for titanium alloys as difficult to deform materials can be achieved.
