摘 要:大庆西部外围油田近年新建产能区块多以非常规油开发及零散区块建设为主,地面建设面临着区块分散、地面环境复杂、依托条件差、建设投资高等多重问题,且新建产能区块难以对已建站场负荷进行补充,造成部分站场运行负荷率逐年降低。为有效解决以上问题,第九采油厂通过积极实施优化简化工艺,创新技术应用及管理方式,采取“丛简合利”、“灵活机动”、“先拉后输”、“节点控制”等多项措施,形成了适用于外围油田的地面开发建设模式。同时开展挖潜系统调整空间、实施区域整体优化,探索数字化发展之路,提高劳动效率,实施精细管理,持续降低地面系统运行能耗。通过有效控制新区产能建设地面投资,实施“关停并转”,推广物联网建设,实现了在源头控投资,提高系统运行效率,降低运行成本,为持续提升地面工程技术水平及油田的可持续发展提供了建设性意见。In view of the fact that the newly built production capacity blocks in the western peripheral oilfields of Daqing in recent years mainly focus on unconventional oil development and scattered block construction,the ground construction faces multiple problems such as dispersed blocks,complex ground environment,poor supporting conditions,and high construction investment,and the newly built production capacity blocks are difficult to supplement the load of the existing stations,resulting in the reduction of the operating load rate of some stations year by year.In order to effectively solve the above problems,No.9 Oil Production Plant has formed a ground development and construction mode suitable for peripheral oilfields by actively implementing the optimized and simplified process,innovat-ing the technology application and management methods,and taking a number of measures such as"cluster well layout,simplified process,merged construction,and cyclic utilization","active and flex-ible","pulling before transmission",and"node control".At the same time,we will explore the way of digital development,improve labor efficiency,implement fine management,and continue to reduce the energy consumption of ground system operation by carrying out potential tapping of system adjust-ment space,and implementing regional overall optimization.By effectively controlling the ground in-vestment in the production capacity construction of the new area,implementing the"shut down and transformation",and promoting the construction of the Internet of Things,we have realized the con-trol of investment at the source,improved the system operation efficiency,and reduced the operation cost,providing constructive suggestions for the continuous improvement of the surface engineering technology level and the sustainable development of the oilfield.
