摘  要:原油集输至联合站时,经过油井压裂、污水沉降罐收油等措施,将压裂液和细菌腐蚀产物FeS等杂质一起带入电脱水器时会在油水界面处形成组分复杂的过渡层。随着联合站长期运行,过渡层逐渐增厚、乳化颗粒含量增多、含水率较高、导电性增强,不仅易导致电脱水器垮电,还会使原油输差变大,含水率超标,无法满足外输标准,影响系统稳定运行。以大庆油田某联合站生产过程中的管网来液以及电脱水器过渡层为实验样本,对破乳剂和FeS去除剂进行优选,以达到油水破乳、降低电导率和改善过渡层的目的。最终确定浓度为0.08‰(体积分数)的ZR115和28#型破乳剂1∶1配比,破乳1 h为最佳破乳方案,浓度为0.07‰的SC1001硫化物去除剂作用时间0.5 h为最佳黑水层处理方案。When crude oil is gathered and transported to the multi-purpose station,after oil well fracturing,sewage settling tank oil collection and other measures,the fracturing fluid,and bacteria corrosion product FeS,and other impurities are brought into the electric dehydrator,which will form a transition layer of complex components at the oil-water interface.With the long-term operation of the multi-purpose station,the transition layer is gradually thickened,the emulsified particle content increases,the moisture content is high,and the electrical conductivity is enhanced,which not only easily leads to the power failure of the electric dehydrator,but also makes the crude oil transport differ-ence increase,the moisture content exceeds the standard of external transport,which cannot meet the stable operation requirement of the system.In order to achieve oil-water demulsification,reduce elec-trical conductivity,and improve the transition layer,demulsifier and FeS remover are optimized by taking the pipe network inlet fluid and the transition layer of the electric dehydrator in the production process of a multi-purpose station in Daqing Oilfield as experimental samples.Finally,1:1 ratio of#ZR115 and 28 demulsifier with a concentration of 0.08‰(volume fraction),and a 1h demulsification time is determined to be the best demulsification scheme,and SC1001 sulfide remover with a concen-tration of 0.07‰(volume fraction),acting time of 0.5h is the best treatment scheme for black water layer.
