摘　　要：国家临床重点专科项目财务管理的核心内容是资金管理、预算管理和绩效评价,科学化、规范化和精细化的财务管理是项目单位争取项目经费和项目可持续发展的良好基础。目前,国家尚未出台《国家临床重点专科项目财务管理办法》。作者通过调研及资料收集等方式分析了医院国家临床重点专科建设的现状,以及目前国家临床重点专科项目财务管理存在的问题。在此基础上,提出新时期国家临床重点专科项目财务管理的思考与建议,拟构建国家临床重点专科项目财务管理机制,提升国家临床重点专科运行质效。The core content of financial management of national key clinical specialty projects is fund management,budget management,and performance evaluation.Scientific,standardized,and refined financial management is a good foundation for project units to strive for project funding and sustainable development of the project.At present,the state has not yet issued the"National Key Clinical Specialties Project Financial Management Measures".The authors analyze the current situation of the construction of national key clinical specialties in hospitals and the problems of financial management of national key clinical specialty projects through research and data collection.On the basis of this,the authors put forward thoughts and suggestions on the financial management of national key clinical specialties in the new era,and intend to build the financial management mechanism of national key clinical specialties to improve the quality and efficiency of the operation of national key clinical specialties.
