摘　　要：目的:探讨国内重大疫情医疗救治体系的研究热点、趋势及建设过程中存在的问题,为优化重大疫情医疗救治体系建设提供借鉴。方法:以中国知网(CNKI)期刊数据库收录的论文为样本,采用文献计量、内容分析等方法对国内重大疫情医疗救治体系文献进行可视化解读。结果:共纳入374篇文献,发文量与疫情的暴发、转入常态、消亡趋势保持一致,研究多集中于医学救援、应急管理、体系构建等;同时在医疗救治体系建设过程中,尚面临着传染病救治物资储备与供给机制不完善、传染病救治人才数量与质量不高、医疗机构救治能力不足等关键问题。结论:国内对重大疫情医疗救治体系的研究趋势已经形成,但仍需通过建立应急物资储备一体化制度、高水平救治人才队伍建设及落实医疗机构重大疫情救治能力建设等方式推进重大疫情医疗救治体系建设。Objective:To provide a reference for optimizing the construction of medical treatment systems for major epidemics by exploring the research hotspots,trends,and problems in the construction of domestic medical treatment systems for major epidemics.Methods:Taking the papers collected in the CNKI journal database as samples,the papers of domestic major epidemic medical treatment systems were visually interpreted by bibliometrics and content analysis.Results:A total of 374 papers were included,and the volume of publications was consistent with the trend of the outbreak,transition to normality,and extinction of the epidemic.The studies mostly focused on medical rescue,emergency management,and system construction.Meanwhile,in the process of medical treatment system construction,there are still some key problems such as imperfect reserve and supply mechanism of infectious disease rescue and treatment materials,low quantity and quality of infectious disease rescue and treatment talents,and insufficient rescue and treatment capacity of medical institutions.Conclusion:Domestic research on the medical treatment system for major epidemics has taken shape,but it is still necessary to promote the construction of the medical treatment system for major epidemics by establishing an integrated system of emergency material reserves,building a high-level treatment talent team,and implementing the capacity building of medical institutions for the treatment of major epidemic.
