摘 要:目的:探究老年人移动医疗服务使用状况、使用意愿的影响因素及不同个人特征的差异性,助力老年人跨越数字鸿沟,赋能移动医疗服务平台完善服务质量,为更广泛地使用移动医疗服务提供定量依据。方法:构建扩展的移动医疗服务UTAUT模型,采用便利抽样对老年人进行现场调查,回收有效问卷331份,通过结构方程模型进行路径检验和个人特征的多群组调节效应分析。结果:信效度检验删掉了感知成本,路径检验结果表明除了感知风险外,感知有用、社会影响、便利条件都正向影响移动医疗服务的使用意愿,路径系数分别为0.128、0.389和0.386;性别对感知有用、社会影响和便利条件影响使用意愿具有调节作用。结论:应发掘老年人需求,提供专业化、特色化移动医疗服务;构建家庭、医疗机构和平台三方协作的服务模式,并进行差异化宣传。Objective:To explores the factors influencing the elderly's use status and intention of mobile medical services as well as the differences among different personal characteristics,in order to help the elderly to cross the digital divide,enable the mobile medical service platform to improve the quality of service,and provide a quantitative basis for the wider use of mobile medical services.Methods:The extended mobile medical service UTAUT model was constructed.Convenience sampling was used to conduct field investigations among the elderly,and 331 valid questionnaires were collected.Path test and multi-group adjustment effect analysis of individual characteristics were conducted by structural equation model.Results:The perceived cost was deleted by the reliability and validity test,and the path test results showed that except for the perceived risk,the perceived usefulness,social norms,and convenience all positively affected the intention to use mobile medical services,with the path coefficients being 0.128,0.389 and 0.386,respectively.Gender moderates the effects of perceived usefulness,social influence,and convenience on intention to use.Conclusion:Suggestions are put forward,such as exploring the needs of the elderly,providing professional and specialized mobile medical services,building a service model of tripartite collaboration among families,medical institutions,and platforms,and differentiated publicity.
