摘　　要：日间手术作为提升日间诊疗服务中非常重要的抓手,在公立医院绩效考核及医院评审评价方面都有较高的要求。但患者在院时间短、医患沟通少、诊疗环节复杂、涉及学科及部门多等原因,如何在保证质量和安全的情况下,稳步提高日间手术的比例,推动日间手术的健康发展,是当前亟需解决的问题。2021年以来,浙江大学医学院附属第二医院从日间手术的管理入手,建立一站式服务,通过不断进行流程改进及优化,已经取得较好的成效。As a very important starting point in improving daytime medical services,day surgery has high requirements in public hospital performance assessment and hospital evaluation.However,due to the short time of patients in the hospital,less communication between doctors and patients,complex diagnosis and treatment procedures,and many disciplines and departments involved,how to steadily increase the proportion of day surgery and promote the healthy development of day surgery while ensuring quality and safety,It is an urgent problem to be solved at present.Since 2021,the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine has started with the management of day surgery and established a one-stop service.Through continuous process improvement and optimization,good results have been achieved.
