摘　　要：该文提出了一种基于LXI总线技术的示波器校准仪自动校准系统的设计方案。该系统通过计算机程控示波器校准仪和标准仪器完成自动测试系统,在此基础上设计了示波器校准仪自循环补偿修正,然后将信号测量参数数据分段建模技术和校准方法相结合,实现了示波器校准仪自动校准、自动生成校准证书。该系统设计均采用通用接口,具有较强的扩展性,操作简便,能够高效快速并且高质量地实现测试和校准工作。This thesis presents a design scheme of the automatic calibration system of oscilloscope calibrator based on LXI bus technology.The system completes the automatic test system by computer program controlled oscilloscope calibrator and standard instrument.On this basis,the self cycle compensation correction of oscilloscope calibrator is designed.Then,the signal measurement parameter data segment modeling technology and calibration method are combined to realize the automatic calibration and automatic generation of calibration certificate of oscilloscope calibrator.The system is designed with universal interface,with strong expansibility,simple operation,high efficiency,fast and high quality to realize the test and calibration work.
