摘 要:为了解重庆主要鳜繁养场群体的遗传多样性和种质质量,用10对微卫星引物,对重庆地区3个鳜养殖群体进行遗传多样性和遗传结构分析。结果表明,3个鳜群体间的平均等位基因数(Na)和平均有效等位基因数(N_(e))值差异较小;各群体内杂合度较高,平均观测杂合度(H_(o))分别为0.755、0.733和0.736,期望杂合度(He)分别为0.682、0.711和0.674;各群体香农威纳指数(H′)均值分别为1.378、1.427和1.380,基因流(N_(m))>4,且个体内部变异(95%)是遗传变异的主要来源,群体间相似度为0.9166,0.8895和0.8728,群体遗传距离为0.0871、0.1171和0.1360。指出,3个鳜群体内的遗传多样性较高,群体间的遗传分化水平低,表明3个群体内均具有较高的遗传异质性,群体间有较近的亲缘关系,可能来源于共同的祖代群体。To investigate the genetic diversity and germplasm quality of the breeding and farming populations of Chinese perch(Siniperca chuatsi)of main farms in Chongqing,ten pairs of microsatellite primers with high polymorphism were selected to study the genetic diversity and genetic structure of samples of S.chuatsi from three farming populations in Chongqing.The results showed that the average number of alleles(Na)and the average number of effective alleles(N_(e))among the three populations of S.chuatsi were slightly different.The average observed heterozygosity(H_(o))were 0.682、0.711 and 0.674,the average expected heterozygosity(He)of three populations were 0.682、0.711 and 0.674 respectively;the average Shannon Wiener index(H′)of each population were 1.378、1.427 and 1.380,the gene flow(N_(m))>4,and the intra-individual variation(95%)was the main source of genetic variation.The similarity were 0.9166、0.8895 and 0.8728,the genetic distance between populations were 0.0871、0.1171 and 0.1360.The results showed that the genetic diversity of the three populations was high,and the genetic differentiation among populations was low,implied that there was high genetic heterogeneity in the three populations,and there was close genetic relationship between populations,which may be derived from the common ancestor.
