摘  要:公共性是高等教育的内在属性,也是其实现公共利益与公共价值目标的重要基础。高等教育的公共性关系着社会资源的使用,影响着社会成员的公共利益,不可避免地与教育公平、公共服务等同社会发展息息相关的要素产生关联。共同富裕是社会主义的本质要求,是中国现代化的重要特征。当前,“赢家通吃”与高等教育公共性式微问题尤为突出:市场化经济改革和全球化的环境消解了高等教育的公共性,私人利益僭越了高等教育的公共性。社会要求高等教育凸显公共性并通过高等教育公共性的价值定位以促进共同富裕,即以公平正义为核心价值取向坚守参与公平的底线,保障公正的结果。在促进共同富裕的背景下,重申高等教育的公共性回应社会公众对平等关切与实质机会的要求,有益于在公平正义的维度上扎实推动共同富裕。Publicness is the inherent attribute of higher education,and also the important basis for realizing the public interest and public value.The publicness of higher education is related to the use of social re-sources,affects the public interests of social members,and is inevitably associated with educational eq-uity,public service and other factors closely related to social development.Common prosperity is an es-sential requirement of socialism and an important feature of China's modemization.At present,the prob-lem of"winner-take-all"and the diminution of the public nature of higher education are particularly prominent:market-oriented economic reform and globalization have dissolved the publicness of higher education,and private interests have usurped the publicity of higher education.The society requires high-er education to highlight the publicness and promote common prosperity through the value orientation of the public nature of higher education,that is,take fairness and justice as the core value orientation to stick to the bottom line of participation fainess and ensure the fair results.In the context of promoting common prosperity,reiterating the publicness of higher education is a response to the publics concern for equality and demand for substantial opportunities,which is beneficial to promoting common prosperity from the dimension of faimess and justice.
