摘 要:甘蔗机械化收割过程中振幅波动大的载荷,以及对多路换向阀的频繁操纵都会产生较大的液压冲击。该研究以甘蔗联合收割机的砍蔗-切段负载敏感系统为研究对象,提出在泵的出口处增加蓄能器以抑制液压冲击。以蔗地实测载荷数据为基础,基于AMESim建立砍蔗-切段负载敏感系统仿真模型,研究蓄能器参数对砍蔗-切段负载敏感系统液压冲击的影响规律及优化匹配方法,并对仿真结果进行试验验证。研究结果表明,蓄能器的预充气压力越接近工作压力,压力冲击抑制效果越好,压力响应速度也越快,蓄能器的预充气压力最优区间为系统正常工作压力的50%~83%。In the process of sugarcane mechanization harvesting,the load with large amplitude fluctuation and the frequent operation of the multi-way directional valve produce large hydraulic impact.The sugarcane chopping and cutting load sensitive system of a sugarcane combine harvester was inspected,and an accumulator was added at the outlet of the pump to suppress the hydraulic shock.Based on the measured load data of sugarcane,the simulation model of the chopping and cutting load sensing system was established based on AMESim.The influences of accumulator parameters on the hydraulic shock of the sugarcane chopping and cutting load sensing system were investigated and the optimization matching method were studied.The simulation results were verified by experiments.The results show that the closer the pre-charging pressure of the accumulator to the working pressure is,the better the pressure shock suppression effect is,and the faster the pressure response speed is.The optimal range of the pre-charging pressure of the accumulator is 50%-83%of the normal working pressure of the system.
