摘　　要：硫辛酸是一种存在于动植物体内的类维生素物质,具有改善动物生长性能、保障肠道健康、增强抗氧化能力等功效。对硫辛酸的生理功能及其在动物生产中替代抗生素的研究进行综述,为饲料“禁抗”后的替抗产品研发提供借鉴。Lipoic acid is a kind of vitamin-like substance existing in animals and plants,that can improve animal growth performance,protect intestinal health,and enhance antioxidant capacity.This article reviews the physiological function of lipoic acid and its research on replacing antibiotics in animal production to provide reference for the research and development of antibiotic substitute after banning antibiotics in feed.
