摘　　要：列宁晚年《给代表大会的信》等三封书信和《日记摘录》等五篇文章,统称为“列宁政治遗嘱”,其中对社会主义文化建设进行了深刻思考和系统归纳,阐述了一系列关于社会主义文化建设的重要理论,这些理论既是对马克思主义创始人有关思想的继承和发展,也是列宁时期社会主义文化建设实践的理论结晶。这些思想包括提高农民文化水平,推动农村文化建设;促进教育体制改革,改善教师社会地位;加强党的文化建设,提升干部文化素质等。实践证明,这些思想具有深邃的历史洞察力,不仅对当时苏联的社会主义文化建设具有重要的指导意义,而且对新时代中国特色社会主义文化建设也具有一定的启示作用。In the last three letters and five articles in his later years,Lenin deeply pondered and systematically summarized the construction of socialist culture,elaborating on a series of important theories related to socialist cultural construction.These theories not only inherited and developed the ideas of the founder of Marxism,but also serve as the theoretical crystallization of Lenin's socialist cultural construction practice during his time.These ideas include improving the cultural level of peasants and promoting rural cultural construction;promoting education system reform and improving the social status of teachers;enhancing the cultural construction of the Party,enhancing the cultural quality of cadres,and so on.Practice has proven that these ideas have profound historical insights,which not only had extremely important guiding significance for the socialist cultural construction of Russia at that time,but also had a certain enlightening effect on the socialist cultural construction with Chinese characteristics in the new era.
