极端气象条件对非能动安全壳空气冷却系统换热性能影响

摘  要:极端气象条件可能会导致模块化小型压水堆核电厂(ACP100)出现倾斜风或进风口堵塞情况,探究其对非能动安全壳空气冷却系统换热能力的影响意义重大。本文在风洞平台内搭建模块化小型压水堆核电厂小比例模型并采用ANSYS FLUENT对原厂模型进行数值模拟。试验表明:各倾斜风条件下,环境风场对非能动安全壳空气冷却系统换热均是有利的;各进风口阻塞条件下,非能动安全壳空气冷却系统均可建立循环,无倒流或旁通现象;倾斜风、进风口阻塞耦合条件下,循环亦可建立。数值模拟表明:各倾斜风条件下,环境风场对非能动安全壳空气冷却系统换热均是有利的,换热增强11.3%~33.9%;各进风口阻塞条件下,非能动安全壳空气冷却系统换热最大削弱4.5%;而倾斜风、进风口阻塞耦合条件下,换热最大削弱7.7%。Extreme weather may lead to inclined wind or air inlet blockage in a modular,small,pressurized water reactor nuclear power plant(ACP100),and exploring its impact on the heat transfer capacity of passive containment air cooling systems is of considerable importance.The ACP100 small-scale model was built in the wind tunnel platform,and ANSYS FLUENT was used to simulate its prototype model.The experimental results show that the environmental wind field is beneficial to the heat transfer performance of a passive containment air cooling system under all types of inclined wind conditions.A passive containment air cooling system cycle can be established under air inlet blockage conditions,and bypass and backward flow are absent.In addition,the cycle can still be established under the coupling condition of inclined wind and air inlet blockage.Numerical simulation results show that under inclined wind conditions,the environmental wind field serves to enhance the heat transfer performance of the passive containment air cooling system as the heat transfer capacity is increased by 11.3%~33.9%.The heat transfer performance of the passive containment air cooling system is mostly weakened by 4.5%under air inlet blockage conditions.Meanwhile,the heat transfer performance is mostly weakened by 7.7%under the coupling conditions of inclined wind and air inlet blockage.
