摘  要:采用导磁套的表贴式磁极结构与传统表贴式永磁电机相比,能够改善气隙磁密波形正弦性低、反电动势谐波含量高,电机谐波损耗大等问题。文中选取电机的齿槽转矩、气隙磁密谐波畸变率、反电动势谐波畸变率和气隙磁密基波幅值为优化目标,选取极弧系数、磁钢厚度、气隙、导磁套厚度、槽口宽度为优化参数。利用有限元仿真软件和Taguchi多目标优化方法进行优化设计。研究表明,该结构具有减少齿槽转矩、提高气隙磁密基波赋值,降低谐波畸变率,改善气隙磁密波形和空载反电动势波形正弦度的作用。Comparing with the traditional surface-mounted permanent magnet machine,the surface-mounted permanent magnet machine with magnetic guide sleeve can improve the problem that the air gap flux density waveform has low sinusoidal property,back EMF has high harmonic content,the motor has high harmonic loss and so on.This paper takes the cogging torque of motor,the harmonic distortion rate of air-gap flux density,the harmonic distortion rate of back EMF and the fundamental amplitude of air-gap flux density as the optimization targets,and selects the polar arc coefficient,magnetic steel thickness,air gap,magnetic conduction sleeve thickness and slot opening width as the optimization parameters to carry out optimization design by finite-element simulation software and Taguchi multi-objective optimization method.The researches show that the structure has the effects of reducing the cogging torque,improving the basic wave assignment of air-gap magnetic density,reducing the distortion rate of harmonics,improving the sinusoidal degree of air-gap magnetic density waveform and no-load back EMF waveform.
