国外固定顶储罐呼吸阀通气量计算方法

摘  要:接收石油产品的固定顶储罐应设呼吸阀,以维持储罐气压平衡,避免储罐超压或抽空,同时减少介质挥发,降低油品蒸发损耗。以美国标准、欧洲标准为基础,分析影响呼吸阀通气量的具体工况,考虑油品进出储罐的最大流量和环境温度变化,计算国外固定顶储罐呼吸阀的通气量,对比美国标准、欧洲标准计算结果的差异。结果表明,美国标准与欧洲标准有关通气量的计算方法基本相同,特别是低蒸气压油品储罐呼吸阀的通气量计算完全相同;对于高蒸气压油品或40℃以上储存的储罐呼吸阀呼出量,两种标准的经验公式也是一致的,仅美国标准对蒸气压高于5 kPa的液体储罐呼出量计算结果偏大。Fixed roof tank for receiving oil products should be equipped with breathing valves to keep the balance of tank pressure and avoid tank overpressure or vacuum,and also reduce oil volatilization and lower the oil evaporation loss.According to American stan-dards and European standards,specific working condition influencing ventilation capacity of breathing valve is analyzed.Considering the maximum flow rate of oil transferred into or out of storage tank and environmental temperature change,ventilation capacity of breath-ing valve for foreign fixed roof tank is calculated,and then the comparison is carried out around the calculation difference between American standards and European standards.The results show that the calculation methods of ventilation capacity in American stan-dards and European standards are basically the same,especially for the breathing valve of low vapor pressure oil tank.For the breath-out capacity of high vapor pressure oil tank or tank stored at 40℃or above,the empirical formulas of two standards are also consistent,only the American standards calculation result for breath-out capacity of oil tanks with vapor pressure larger than 5 kPa is a little larger.
