摘　　要：文章探究了聚乙烯滚塑专用料DNDC7148的性能,与市场上同类产品进行对比。结果表明:DNDC7148的基本物性方面与对比产品相当。DNDC7148具有更好的拉伸屈服强度和拉伸断裂强度。DNDC7148的流变行为和加工性能和对比产品相似;DNDC7148的熔点和熔融结晶温度范围均高于对比产品;在多次挤出后,DNDC7148的耐黄变性能优于对比产品。研究结果为该产品在聚乙烯滚塑应用领域提供更好的选择,为开发更高性能的滚塑专用料提供了参考。The properties of polyethylene rotational molding special material DNDC7148 were explored and compared with similar products on the market.The results show that the basic physical properties of DNDC7148 are comparable to those of the comparative products.DNDC7148 has better tensile yield strength and tensile fracture strength.The rheological behavior and processing properties of DNDC7148 are similar to those of the contrast products.The melting point and melting crystallization temperature range of DNDC7148 are higher than those of the contrast products.After multiple extrusions,the yellowing resistance of DNDC7148 is better than that of the contrast product.The research results provide a better choice for the product in the application field of polyethylene rotational molding,and provide a reference for the development of higher performance rotational molding.
