摘 要:以高温尼龙(PPA)材料的网络连接器为研究对象,设计正交试验,探究降低最大缩痕估算量和质量的参数优化方案。结果表明:工艺参数对最大缩痕估算的影响程度排序为:保压时间>保压压力>注射时间>熔体温度;对质量的影响程度排序为:注射时间>熔体温度>保压时间>保压压力。考虑影响的显著性程度,综合分析得到最优的工艺参数组合为A3B3C1D4。优化工艺相比初始工艺结果,最大缩痕估算降低了52.1%,质量降低了8.8%,均达到设计指标要求。This article takes the network connector made of polyphthalamide(PPA)material as the research object,and designs orthogonal tests to explore the optimization scheme of process parameters to reduce the estimation of maximum sink marks estimate and mass.The results shows that the order of influence of process parameters on the maximum sink marks estimate is:holding time>holding pressure>injection time>melt temperature.The order of influence process parameters on mass is:injection time>melt temperature>holding time>holding pressure.Considering the significance of the influence,the optimal process parameter combination obtained through comprehensive analysis is A3B3C1D4.Compared with the initial process results,the optimized process estimated a reduction of 52.1%in maximum sink marks estimate and a mass reduction of 8.8%,both meeting the design index requirements.
