摘 要:采用纳滤膜分离技术处理高盐废水不仅能够有效过滤废水中的有害物质,还使过滤物质实现循环利用。文章介绍了纳滤膜的制备方式,包括相转化法、界面聚合法、层层组装法。探究压力、pH值对高盐废水处理的影响,对目前纳滤膜分离技术在染料、农药、制药等高盐废水处理应用进行综述。针对纳滤膜分离技术的未来应用前景进行讨论,指出目前纳滤膜技术能够有效过滤高盐废水。未来纳滤膜的制备将采用更多的新型材料,推动纳滤膜废水处理技术的发展。The treatment of high-salt wastewater by nanofiltration membrane separation technology can not only effectively filter harmful substances in wastewater,but also realize the recycling of filtered substances.The preparation methods of nanofiltration membrane are introduced,including phase inversion method,interfacial polymerization method and layer-by-layer assembly method.The effects of pressure and pH value on the treatment of high salt wastewater are investigated.The application of nanofiltration membrane separation technology in the treatment of high salt wastewater such as dyes,pesticides and pharmaceuticals is reviewed.The future application prospects of nanofiltration membrane separation technology are discussed,and it is pointed out that the current nanofiltration membrane technology can effectively filter high-salt wastewater.In the future,the preparation of nanofiltration membrane will use more new materials to promote the development of nanofiltration membrane wastewater treatment technology.
