摘  要:ZGM113G型立式磨煤机存在磨内压差高、振动值偏大、吐渣量大、研磨效率低、产量无法满足水泥生产要求等问题,通过分析研判煤磨机实际运行工况和提产内外部影响因素,采取了加设热风沉降室、改造研磨区域、改造选粉机等改造措施。改造后,系统运行稳定,吐渣量减少,设备故障率降低,磨机产量由35t/d提高至45t/h,提产幅度为28.5%;磨机主电机电流降低了9A,稳定在65A左右,主电机电耗降低0.5 kW·h/t。The ZGM113G vertical coal mill has some problems such as high pressure difference in grinding,large vibration value,large slag discharge,low grinding efficiency,and the output cannot meet the requirements of cement production.Based on the analysis and analysis of the actual operating conditions of the coal mill and the internal and external factors affecting the production,some measures were taken,such as adding a hot air settling chamber,reforming the grinding area and reforming the powder separator.After the transformation,the system runs stably,the slag spitting amount is reduced,the equipment failure rate is reduced,the mill output is increased from 35t/d to 45t/h,the yield increase is 28.5%;The main motor current of the mill is reduced by 9A and stabilized at about 65A,and the power consumption of the main motor is reduced by 0.5kW.h/t.
