摘 要:为了解决高压管线平板闸阀启闭力矩过大的问题,根据密封机理,建立浮动阀座-闸板密封结构的流固耦合体动力学模型,以密封面的接触压力为启闭力矩的评价指标,研究闸阀的不同开度对密封面的压力F_(MZ)、相对力矩P、流体流速V以及流体流动的影响规律。基于上述研究,提出一种预先降低闸阀启闭力矩的多级减压结构,通过控制流体介质流经密封结构前的压力,有效地降低闸阀启闭力矩;分析了多级减压结构参数R_(1),D_(1)和L_(1)对总扭矩的影响规律。研究表明:在闸板启闭开始/结束时,应加快启/闭速度,可减小流体的压力载荷对密封结构的冲击损伤;提出的多级减压结构使流体介质在流经密封结构前压力减少86%,有效控制了启闭力矩,保护了密封结构。本文提出的控制方法可为阀门的密封结构设计与优化提供理论基础,为工程应用提供参考。In order to solve the problem of too large opening and closing torque of flat gate valve of high pressure pipeline,according to the sealing mechanism,the dynamics model of fluid-structure coupling body for the floating seat-gate sealing structure was established,and the contact pressure of the sealing surface was used as the evaluation index of the opening and closing torque to study the influence of different opening degrees of the gate valve on the pressure(F_(MZ)),relative torque(P),fluid flow velocity(V)and fluid flow law of the sealing surface.Based on the above research,a multi-stage pressure-reducing structure was proposed to reduce the gate valve opening torque in advance,which effectively reduces the gate valve opening torque by controlling the pressure before the fluid medium flows through the sealing structure.At the same time,the influence law of multi-stage pressure reduction structure parameters R_(1),D_(1)and L_(1)on the total torque was analyzed.The study shows that at the beginning/end of gate opening/closing,the opening/closing speed should be accelerated,which can reduce the impact damage of fluid pressure load on the sealing structure;the proposed multi-stage pressure reduction structure reduces the pressure of fluid medium before flowing through the sealing structure by 86%,which effectively controls the opening/closing torque and protects the sealing structure.The control method proposed herein provides a theoretical basis for the design and optimization of the sealing structure of other types of valves,and provides reference for engineering applications.
