摘 要:为了实时、准确、直观地掌握大坝质量情况,将建筑信息模型(BIM)技术运用于大坝砂砾料、碎石料和垫层料的现场碾压试验。结果显示,碾压次数和加水操作对3种石料均具有明显的质量提升效果。砂砾料铺料50cm、碾压15次不加水,碎石料铺料50cm、碾压10次不加水和铺料80cm、加水10%,垫层料碾压10次或在铺料40cm时加水10%为较为合理的碾压优化方案。研究获得有效的BIM模型和直观的质量评价可视化结果,有利于大坝的施工优化和质量智能监测。In order to accurately and intuitively grasp the quality situation of the dam in real time,the building information modeling(BIM)technology is applied to on-site rolling tests of dam gravel,crushed stone,and cushion materials.The results showed that the number of rolling operations and the addition of water had a significant quality improvement effect on all three types of stone materials.The reasonable rolling optimization plan is to pave gravel material with a thickness of 50cm and roll it 15 times without adding water,pave gravel material with a thickness of 50cm and roll it 10 times without adding water,pave material with a thickness of 80cm and add 10%water,compact cushion material 10 times or add 10%water when paving material with a thickness of 40cm.The research has yielded effective BIM models and intuitive visual results of quality evaluation,which are conducive to the optimization of dam construction and intelligent quality monitoring.
