摘 要:T梁构件在桥梁工程和码头工程中有着广泛应用,为探究海上起重船架设T梁工艺的可行性与特点,结合华电丰盛汕头电厂“上大压小”新建项目配套码头工程A标段施工实例,通过分析方案比选、起重船选型、吊索与卡环验算、专用吊架设置与应力比验算、T梁安装过程等要点,证实了该工艺便捷、工期短、成本低、安全可靠等优势,也为将来类似工程提供参考与借鉴。With the wide use of T-beam components in bridge and port construction,in order to explore the feasibility and characteristics of erecting T-beams with offshore floating crane,based on the construction practice in the execution of Contract Package I for the auxiliary wharf project for Huadian Fengsheng Shantou Power Plant,the advantages of technology for erecting T-beams with offshore floating cranes are verified by analyzing the key points such as scheme comparison,floating crane selection,sling and shackle checking,special hanger setting and stress ratio calculation,and T-beam installation process,thus confirming the advantages of the technology as simple and convenient,with short construction period,low cost,safety and reliability.It may also provide reference for similar projects in the future.
