摘 要:沉管隧道最终接头是沉管隧道工法的关键工序之一,对工程建设影响至关重要。综合分析了近年来国内外沉管隧道主要最终接头形式,结合统计分析及设计实践,对几种主要接头形式进行特点分析,并对各接头后续设计优化方向提出了思考建议。同时依托深中通道沉管隧道水中推出式最终接头设计实践,对关键技术进行了探讨分析,“钢空箱+钢壳混凝土”复合式沉管管节构造及“水力推出+千斤顶推出”双推出系统等关键技术研发,为端部块体式最终接头从陆域走向深海提供了重要技术支撑。研究成果对沉管隧道最终接头的设计与建设具有一定参考作用。Final jointing of an immersed tunnel is one of the key processes in immersed tunnel construction,which is crucial to the engineering construction.In this paper,the main forms of final jointing of immersed tube tunnels both at home and abroad in recent years are comprehensively analyzed.Based on the statistical analysis and design practice,the characteristics of several forms of main joints are analyzed and some suggestions are put forward on the subsequent design optimization of various joints.At the same time,based on the design practice of the underwater push-out final joint of the immersed tube tunnel in Shenzhen-Zhongshan Link,the key technologies are discussed and analyzed.The research and development of the key technologies such as the composite immersed tube jointing structure of“steel hollow box+steel casing concrete”and the double push-out system of“hydraulic push-out+jack push-out”provide important technical support for the application of the end block type final joint from land to deep seas.The research results in this paper can be used for reference in the design and construction of the final joints of an immersed tube tunnel.
