摘 要:随着国内高桩码头装配式程度不断增加,对上部结构的预制构件安装技术提出更高的要求。文章介绍了一种高桩码头梁板架设机,包含过跨装置、主机结构、自动化吊具3部分,并配套码头架梁数字化监控系统。架设机具备快速吊装、自动化过跨、构件三维姿态调整的功能,预制梁安装工效可达9榀/d,预制板安装工效可达10片/d,安装精度达到1 cm,容许作业波高可达到2 m。该设备在福州港18~21号泊位成功应用,大幅改善了水上施工环境,有效减少了现场作业人员,提升了施工质量和效率,保障了现场施工安全,推动了水运工程行业智能建造技术进步。With the growing degree of prefabrication of piled wharfs in China,higher demands are placed on the technology for installation of prefabricated components of the superstructure.A beam and slab erector for piled wharfs is presented in the paper,which has three parts,i.e.,an over-span device,main structure and an automated spreader,and is equipped with a digital monitoring and control system for erection of beams and slabs for a wharf.The erector has the functions of fast erection,automatic spanning and three-dimensional attitude adjustment of a component.The working efficiency can reach 9 beams/day for precast beams and 10 slabs/day for precast slabs,with an installation accuracy of 1 cm and an allowable operating wave height of 2 m.The erector has been successfully used at Berths 18 to 21 of Fuzhou Port,which has greatly improved the construction environment on the water,effectively reduced the number of workers on site,improved the quality and efficiency of construction,and ensured the safety of construction on-site and promoted the progress of intelligent construction technology in the water transport engineering industry.
