摘 要:土壤是作物生长的物质基础,土壤理化性状对作物产量和品质有重要影响。本文在检测分析小葱种植基地土壤养分状况的基础上,研究生物有机肥与长效复合肥配施对小葱产量与品质的影响。结果表明:与习惯施肥相比,生物有机肥3000 kg/hm^(2)+长效复合肥(21-14-16)1500 kg/hm^(2)的处理能够促进小葱生长(株高显著提高),提高小葱产量(产量增幅为10.5%),改善小葱品质(蛋白质、总糖、脂肪、维生素E、膳食纤维、矿物质等指标含量均有提高)。该结果可为小葱产业绿色高质量发展提供技术参考。Soil is the material foundation for crop growth,and soil physicochemical properties have a significant impact on crop yield and quality.Based on the detection and analysis of soil nutrient status in the plant base of shallot,this paper studied the effect of combined application of bio-organic fertilizer and long-lasting fertilizer on the yield and quality of shallot.The results showed that compared with conventional fertilization,the treatment of bio-organic fertilizer 3000 kg/hm^(2)+long-lasting fertilizer(21-14-16)1500 kg/hm^(2) could promote the growth of shallot(plant height increased significantly),increase the yield of shallot(yield increased by 10.5%),and improve the quality of shallot(the contents of protein,total sugar,fat,vitamins E,dietary fiber minerals and other indicators increased).This result could provide technical references for the green and high-quality development of shallot industry.
