摘 要:灰茶尺蠖和茶小绿叶蝉均是安徽省黄山市祁门县茶园中常见的害虫。为了实现这两种害虫的绿色防控,本研究选用博落回水浸液开展了田间药效试验。结果表明,随着博落回水浸液浓度的增加,田间防治效果提高。其中:当博落回水浸液浓度为250 g/L时,药后7 d对灰茶尺蠖、茶小绿叶蝉的防效分别为78.42%和90.30%;当博落回水浸液浓度为200 g/L时,药后7 d对灰茶尺蠖、茶小绿叶蝉的防效分别为79.27%和90.17%,与浓度为250 g/L时防效差异不显著。因此,为实现降本增效,可以选用浓度为200 g/L的博落回水浸液田间防治灰茶尺蠖和茶小绿叶蝉。Ectropis grisescens Warren and Empoasca onukii Matsuda are both common pests in tea gardens in Qimen County,Huangshan City,Anhui Province.In order to achieve green prevention and control of these two pests,this study used the water-leach liquor of Macleaya cordata to conduct a field efficacy experiment.The results showed that with the increase of the concentration of water-leach liquor of Macleaya cordata,the field control effect improved.Among them,when the concentration of water-leach liquor of Macleaya cordata was 250 g/L,the control effects on Ectropis grisescens Warren and Empoasca onukii Matsuda on the 7th day after treatment were 78.42%and 90.30%,respectively;when the concentration of water-leach liquor of Macleaya cordata was 200 g/L,the control effects on Ectropis grisescens Warren and Empoasca onukii Matsuda on the 7th day after treatment were 79.27%and 90.17%respectively,and there was no significant difference in the control effect between 200 g/L water-leach liquor of Macleaya cordata and 250 g/L water-leach liquor of Macleaya cordata.Therefore,in order to reduce cost and improve efficiency,200 g/L water-leach liquor of Macleaya cordata can be selected for field control of Ectropis grisescens Warren and Empoasca onukii Matsuda.
