油茶蓝翅天牛的生物调控技术研究与示范

摘　　要：为有效防控蓝翅天牛在江西油茶主产区的发生,开展了管氏肿腿蜂和花绒寄甲寄主适用性的筛选试验,研究了适宜防治油茶蓝翅天牛的天敌释放技术,并在江西油茶基地开展了室内及林间油茶蓝翅天牛生物调控技术试验与示范。结果表明,花绒寄甲不适合用于林间防治油茶蓝翅天牛,管氏肿腿蜂种群对油茶蓝翅天牛的寄生率高,管氏肿腿蜂对油茶蓝翅天牛幼虫具有良好的防治效果。管氏肿腿蜂对蓝翅天牛的防治效果与蜂虫比成正相关关系,考虑到防治投入成本问题,蜂虫比以2∶1为最佳释放量。In order to effectively control the occurrence of Chreonoma atritarsis Pic.in the main production areas of Camellia oleifera in Jiangxi Province,the host suitability screening tests of Sclerodermus guani and Dastarcus helophoroides were carried out,and the release technology of natural enemy suitable for controlling the C.atritarsis Pic.was studied,and the biological control technology of C.atritarsis Pic.was tested and demonstrated in C.oleifera base of Jiangxi Province.The results showed that D.helophoroides was not suitable for the control of C.atritarsis Pic.on C.oleifera in the forest.The parasitic rate of S.guani population to C.atritarsis Pic.on C.oleifera was high,and S.guani had good control effect on the larvae of C.atritarsis Pic.on C.oleifera.The control effect of S.guani on C.atritarsis Pic.was positively correlated with the ratio of bee to insect.Considering the cost of prevention and control,the optimum ratio of bee to insect was 2:1.
