摘  要:Notch信号通路通过相邻细胞间的互相作用调控细胞的生命进程,其被视为细胞命运的“幕后操控者”。它是神经发育过程中必不可少的重要信号通路之一,且被发现在多组织器官中均发挥作用,并受到运动的调控和影响。因此,本研究基于整合生物学的视角,梳理Notch信号通路在抑郁病理以及运动科学领域的研究进展。综述发现,Notch信号通路在神经元活动(神经发生与凋亡、神经营养与修复、神经可塑性)、神经内分泌、血管新生、炎症免疫、肠道平衡、表观遗传、氧化应激、肌骨发育、能量代谢以及其他信号转导等过程中发挥重要的调控作用,抑郁病理以及运动对抑郁的调控作用也涉及上述生物学机制,提示,Notch信号通路可能通过参与“肌-脑”“骨-脑”“肠-脑”“心-脑”的对话机制来介导运动对抑郁的调控。The Notch signaling pathway regulates the life process of cells through the interactions between adjacent cells and is regarded as the“behind-the-scenes controller”of cell fate.It is one of the essential signaling pathways in the process of neural development,and it has been found to play a role in multiple tissues and organs,and is also regulated and affected by exercise.Therefore,based on the perspective of integrative biology,this study sorts out the research progress of Notch signaling pathway in the field of depression pathology and exercise science.The review found that the Notch signaling pathway plays an important role in the regulation of neuronal activity(including neurogenesis and neuronal apoptosis,neuronutrition and neuronal repair,and neuroplasticity),neuroendocrine,angiogenesis,inflammatory immunity,intestinal balance,epigenetic inheritance,oxidative stress,musculoskeletal development,energy metabolism,and other signal transduction process.Such biological mechanisms are also involved in the depression pathology and the regulation effects of exercise on depression,suggesting that the Notch signaling pathway may mediate the regulation of exercise on depression by participating in the cross-talk mechanism of“muscle-brain”,“bone-brain”,“gut-brain”and“heart-brain”.
