缓倾近距下位煤岩层巷道合理布设方法研究

摘  要:为探究缓倾近距煤岩层巷道合理布设方法,基于FLAC3D模拟对比分析了水平和缓倾近距煤岩层中下位煤层巷道的围岩应力分布规律,提出了缓倾斜近距煤岩层中下位煤层回采巷道的布设计算理论。结果表明:煤岩层倾斜会导致煤岩层内应力传到路径发生偏转,迫使上位遗留煤柱应力影响区向岩层倾斜方向倾斜和扩大,同时下位煤层巷道顶板也出现应力集中,对下位煤层巷道顶板稳定不利;缓倾近距煤岩层中下位煤层巷道合理布设应考虑煤岩层倾斜角的影响,在缓倾斜近距煤岩层中下位煤层回采巷道布设理论中上位遗留煤柱的下位煤层影响角取为水平煤层中上位煤柱压力影响角θ与缓倾斜煤岩层倾角δ之和是合理的。In order to explore the reasonable layout method of the roadway in the low-dip close-in coal and rock strata,the surrounding rock stress distribution law of the roadway in the middle and lower horizontal and low-dip close-in coal strata is compared and analyzed based on FLAC3D simulation,and the calculation theory of the layout of the roadway in the middle and lower coal strata is proposed.The results show that the tilt of coal and rock will lead to the deflection of the stress transmission path in the coal and rock strata,forcing the stress influence zone of the upper residual coal pillar to tilt and expand to the tilt direction of the rock stratum.At the same time,the stress concentration also appears in the lower coal seam roadway roof,which is not conducive to the stability of the lower coal seam roadway roof.The influence of the inclination Angle of the coal seam should be considered in the rational layout of the roadway in the middle and lower coal seam of the gently inclined close coal seam.In the theory of the mining roadway layout in the middle and lower coal seam of the gently inclined close coal seam,the influence Angle of the lower coal seam of the upper remaining coal pillar is taken as the sum of the influence Angleθof the pressure of the upper coal pillar in the horizontal coal seam and the inclination Angleδof the gently inclined coal seam.
