摘  要:山东巨野煤田赵楼井田西部采区煤层埋深超过800 m,被巨厚松散层覆盖,基岩厚度小,开采过程存在顶板突水溃砂风险。开展顶板导水裂缝带发育高度研究对于防水(砂)煤(岩)柱留设设计至关重要。采用井下现场实测及数值模拟方法对5304工作面顶板导裂带发育高度进行研究,共布置观测孔3个,通过仰孔分段注水及钻孔成像,确定测试点导裂带发育高度为94.9 m。采用UDEC数值模拟方法,以5304工作面为背景构建数值模型,结果显示导裂带发育高度约为94.0 m。综合实测及数值模拟结果,导裂带高度选用94.9 m,测试点煤层开采厚度为7.5 m,以此计算导裂带高度与采煤厚度之比为94.9/7.5=12.7。研究成果可作为赵楼井田深部采区防水(砂)煤(岩)柱留设的重要依据。The coal seam of Zhaolou Coal Mine in Shandong Juye Coalfield is buried more than 800m,covered by huge layer of soil,and the thickness of rock layer is small,there is the risk of water inrush in the process of coal mining.It is very important for the design of water inrush prevention to study the development height of roof water conduction crack zone.The development height of the crack guide zone at 5304 coal mining face was studied by in-situ measurement and numerical simulation.Three observation holes were arranged,and the development height of the crack guide zone at the test point was determined to be 94.9m through subsection water injection and drilling peeping.Using UDEC numerical simulation method,a numerical calculation model was established with 5304 working face as the background.The results showed that the development height of the water-conducting fracture zone was about 94.0m.Based on the measured and numerical simulation results,the height of the water-conducting crack zone is 94.9m,and the thickness of the coal seam at the test point is 7.5m.The ratio between the height of the water-conducting crack zone and the thickness of coal mining is 12.7.The research results can be used as the basis for the establishment of waterproof(sand)rock pillar in deep mining area of Zhaolou Coal mine.
