摘  要:充填开采是一种环境友好型开采方式,充填材料的强度、原材料获取难易度和成本成为顺利进行开采的先决条件。基于此,将水泥、氟石膏和脱硫石膏作为充填主料,粉煤灰和生石灰作为辅料开展研究试验。对按设定的11种配比方案制作的试块进行单轴抗压强度测定,发现增加氟石膏或脱硫石膏的含量对前、中期材料强度影响小,后期强度影响大,二者同含量时,氟石膏为优选胶结材料;粉煤灰含量增加对中后期强度提升效果明显,生石灰含量增加使中期强度下降,对前、后期强度提升较小;最佳质量浓度为78%;结合强度、单方材料成本对11种方案进行筛选得出:煤矸石1000 g、粉煤灰、氟石膏各200 g、生石灰100 g的方案8强度最高,达到4.66 MPa,煤矸石1000 g、粉煤灰、氟石膏各200g、生石灰40 g的方案7价格最优,每方仅需68.74元。Filled mining is an environmentally friendly mining method,and the strength,ease of obtaining raw materials,and cost of filled materials become the prerequisites for successful mining.Based on this,cement,fluorine gypsum and desulfurization gypsum were used as the main materials for filling,and fly ash and quicklime were used as auxiliary materials to carry out research tests.The effect of increasing the content of fly ash on the middle and late strength is obvious,the increase of quicklime content on the pre and late strength is small,and the mid-term strength decreases;78%is the best material quality concentration;combined with the strength,the cost of a single square material to 11 options for screening:gangue 1000g,fly ash,fluorine gypsum 200g each,quicklime 100g option 8 strength is the highest,reaching 4.66MPa,gangue 1000g,fly ash,fluorine gypsum 200g each,quicklime 40g solution 7 price is the best,only 68.74 Yuan per square.
