摘 要:为了高效培训矿山智能化采掘作业相关人员的岗位技能操作水平和熟练程度,基于虚拟现实技术综合运用3DMAX数字建模、Unity3D引擎、VR虚拟现实和Flash交互等技术,把智能矿山实际情况与真实需求紧密结合,在考核与管理、教学资源、采掘设备三维展示、交互协同操作、综合仿真和安全警示教育等6个方面进行研发,通过管理端对各子系统实现集中控制与数据汇总,满足培训单位对培训、考核过程进行管理的实际需要,开发实用的矿山智能采掘作业培训系统,为推动煤炭行业智能化开采技术的发展与创新,建立智能、安全、绿色、高效、低碳煤矿生产新局面提供人才支撑。In order to efficiently train the post skills,operation level and proficiency of mine intelligent mining operation related personnel,.Based on virtual reality technology,3Dmax digital modeling,unity3D engine,vr virtual reality and flash interactive technology are comprehensively used to closely combine the actual situation of intelligent mines with the real needs,and R&D is carried out in six aspects:assessment and management,teaching resources,three-dimensional display of mining equipment,interactive cooperative operation,comprehensive simulation and safety warning education,Through the management end,the centralized control and data collection of each subsystem are realized to meet the actual needs of training units for the management of training and assessment process,and a practical mine intelligent mining operation training system is developed to provide talent support for promoting the development and innovation of intelligent mining technology in the coal industry and establishing a new situation of efficient,green,safe and intelligent coal mine production.
