培养小农户融入现代农业发展能力的路径探索

摘　　要：为促进小农户发展与现代农业有机结合,编制小农户融入现代农业发展能力评价问卷,在清远市进行入户访谈,获得有效问卷583份,采用SPSS分析不同培养路径对小农户融入现代农业发展能力的影响。结果显示:文化教育是提升小农户基础素质的重要保障,技能培训是提升小农户融入现代农业发展能力的重要途径,丰富的外出务工经历有助于农民改变理念、提升现代经营意识与现代农业素养。In order to promote the central government s efforts to achieve the organic integration of small farmers development and modern agriculture,a self compiled evaluation questionnaire on the ability of small farmers to integrate into modern agricultural development was conducted in Qingyuan City,and 583 valid questionnaires were obtained.SPSS was used to analyze the impact of different cultivation paths on the ability of small farmers to integrate into modern agricultural development.The results showed that cultural education is an important guarantee for improving the basic quality of small farmers,Skill training is an important way to enhance the ability of small farmers to integrate into modern agricultural development.A wealth of migrant work experience can help farmers change their concepts,enhance their modern business awareness and modern agricultural literacy.
