摘　　要：国内大部分网络运营商构建了综合业务网络体系,但是随着家庭宽带、企业WLAN等业务需求的持续增加,现有综合业务网络体系已无法满足各个用户的网络传输需求。为此,首先阐述了综合业务网建设必要性及综合业务网建设需求,其次从规划设计原则、接入区划分、机房功能定位、机房建设、光缆规划选择、交接箱规划、接入技术选择、配套管道建设方面分析了综合业务网规划设计,以期为综合业务网建设及规划设计提供参考。Most of domestic network carriers in China have built integrated service network system,with the continuous increase of home broadband,enterprise WLAN and other services'requirements,the existing integrated service network system is unable to meet network transmission requirements for each user.This paper expounds the necessity and demand of the integrated service network construction,then analyzes planning and design of the integrated service network from aspects of planning and design principles,access area division,functionality of server room,server room construction,optical cable planning and selection,cross connect cabinet planning,access technology selection,and supporting pipeline construction,in order to provide advices for construction and planning design of integrated service network.
