摘　　要：文章在剖析城市轨道交通PPP项目运作模式的基础上,定性分析社会资本各方的核心利益诉求及其参与PPP项目运作的特点并有针对性地给出相关建议,然后总结政府和社会资本方在城市轨道交通PPP项目中的合作要点,最后提出城市轨道交通项目PPP模式的发展建议,以期推进PPP模式在城市轨道交通项目中的应用。On the basis of in-depth analyzing the operation mode of urban rail transit PPP projects,the article qualitatively analyzes the core interests and demands of every social capital party and the characteristics of their participation in PPP project operation,and provides targeted suggestions.Then,it summarizes the key points of cooperation between the government and every social capital party in urban rail transit PPP projects,and finally proposes development suggestions for the PPP mode of urban rail transit projects to promote the application of PPP mode in urban rail transit projects.
