摘 要:为探究空间布局对星级酒店在疫情期间竞争力的影响,分析不同因子对酒店空间区位优势度的影响机制,基于互联网点评、城市兴趣点、导航、微博打卡等多源地理数据,利用熵权法和系统聚类法构建了城市星级酒店空间区位综合测度模型;并以广州市天河区为例,对其三星、四星、五星级酒店的空间区位优势进行了建模和评价。结果表明:生活因子区位优势呈沿天河路的多核心空间布局;交通因子、目的因子区位优势较好的酒店分别聚集在广州市新中轴线和天河中央商务区附近;输入3个因子得分,通过系统聚类对酒店进行空间区位条件分类,分类结果与酒店的星级评分较一致。该模型可为其他服务设施的空间区位评价提供参考,也可为酒店选址提供指导。In order to explore the influence of spatial arrangement on the competitiveness of star-rated hotels during COVID-19,and analyze the influence mechanism of different factors on the location advantages of hotels,based on multi-source geographical data such as Internet review da-ta,point of interest,navigation data and check-in data of Microblog,we used entropy weight and system clustering method to construct the com-prehensive model of spatial location advantages measurement for star-rated hotels.Furthermore,taking the Tianhe District of Guangzhou as the study area,we modeled and evaluated the spatial location advantages of three-,four-,and five-star hotels in Tianhe District.The results show that in terms of location advantages of living factor,star-rated hotels in Tianhe District present a multi-core spatial layout along Tianhe Road.Hotels with better location advantage of traffic factor are clustered near the new central axis of Guangzhou,and hotels with better location advantage of purpose factor are located near the central business district of Tianhe District.Through inputting the scores of living factor,traffic factor and pur-pose factor,the hotels are classified by system clustering,and the classification result is consistent with the star rating of hotels.This model can provide reference for the spatial location evaluation of other service facilities,and guidance for hotel location selection.
