摘　　要：针对高职测绘类专业技能大赛不能与专业教学很好对接的问题,从校赛、省赛(行业国赛)、国赛3级学生技能大赛出发,借助校内实验实训、校外实习实践基地和技能大赛等平台,采用边探索边实践、边实践边总结的方法,按照“两项目三竞赛”的模式,构建了测绘类专业“赛教融合”人才培养模式。实践证明,该模式可显著提高高职测绘类专业学生的人才培养质量,增强专业教师的实践教学能力,进一步提升测绘类专业的社会服务能力,对于相关专业具有一定的借鉴意义。The professional skill competition of surveying and mapping in higher vocational colleges can not be well connected with the profes-sional teaching.In view of this problem,starting from the perspectives of school competition,provincial competition(national competition in the industry)and national competition,with the help of school experimental training,off campus practice base and skills competition,in accordance with the mode of“two projects and three competitions”,we adopted the method of practice while exploring and summarizing while practicing to constructed the“Integration of Competition and Teaching”talent training mode for surveying and mapping major.Practice proves that this mode can significantly improve the quality of talent training for surveying and mapping students in higher vocational colleges,enhance the practical teaching ability of professional teachers,and further improve the social service ability of surveying and mapping major,which has certain refer-ence significance for other relevant majors.
