全域城市设计风貌营建体系与应用--以X航天城为例

摘　　要：为加强城市设计对城市风貌整体性等方面的规划和引导,突出城市设计对于特色风貌营造的核心作用,对全域城市设计中“风貌基因”进行解析,提出“本体、载体、控体”的风貌基因内涵要素、“风貌基因识别解析、传承表达和管控实施”的风貌营建路径,基于此构建“三要素协同、三路径贯通”的全域城市设计风貌营建体系,并结合X航天城全域城市设计进行实证校验,探讨全域城市设计在风貌资源挖掘、格局构建和要素管控等风貌营建体系方面的制度创新。In order to strengthen the general planning and guidance of urban design on landscape construction,the deduction of"landscape genes"in comprehensive urban design is analyzed,the internal elements of landscape genes:"noumenon,carrier,control object",and landscape creation path of"landscape gene recognition,inheritance interpretation,governance and implementation"are put forward.Based on this,a landscape construction system by"three elements coordination,three paths linkage"is established,and the system in the case of X spaceflight city is verified,and it is made an exploration of comprehensive urban design institution innovation in the aspects of landscape resource excavation,pattern construction,and elements control.
