摘　　要：将冰片用于松油醇-二乙二醇丁醚溶剂体系的内电极银浆中,对银浆拉丝、黏度、印刷、烧成电阻性能进行了测试。实验得出,加入冰片后可起到增加内电极银浆的流平性,延长浆料的保存时间,改善浆料气味等效果,优化了内电极银浆的性能和感官。An appropriate amount of borneol is used in the electronic slurry of terpineol-diethylene glycol butyl ether solvent system.The properties of silver paste drawing,viscosity,printing and firing resistance are tested.The experiment obtains that it can increase the leveling of the internal electrode silver paste,prolong the storage time of the slurry,improve the smell of the slurry,and optimize the performance and sensory of the electronic slurry after adding borneol.
