摘 要:随着建筑技术的进步,高层住宅大量普及,为了解决在地质条件复杂下高层住宅桩基设计施工中的难题,以某沿海滩涂区的高层住宅桩基优化为例,介绍了持力层选择、施工工艺选择、承载力计算等优化工作内容,并通过总结了优化工作在保证施工安全、工程质量、节约工期和造价方面取得的效果,最终证明桩基优化在高层住宅项目中有着良好的技术经济价值。With the progress of building technology,high-rise residential buildings are widely used.In order to solve the problems in the design and construction of high-rise residential pile foundation under complex geological conditions,taking the pile foundation optimization of a high-rise residential building along the beach as an example,this paper introduces the selection of bearing layer,the selection of construction technology,the calculation of bearing capacity and other optimization work contents,and summarizes the effects of optimization work in ensuring construction safety,project quality,saving construction period and cost,Finally,it is proved that pile foundation optimization has good technical and economic value in high-rise residential projects.
