摘 要:2,2',7,7'-四[N,N-二(4-甲氧基苯基)氨基]-9,9'-螺二芴(Spiro-OMeTAD)作为空穴传输材料被广泛应用于钙钛矿太阳能电池领域,但由于制备困难、价格昂贵,限制了其进一步的商业化应用。以2-溴联苯和2-溴-9-芴酮为原料,经卤素—金属交换、亲核加成、脱水关环、氧化溴代和Buchwald-Hartwig偶联反应制备了Spiro-OMeTAD,优化其合成工艺,并采用重结晶法提纯,收率高、纯度好,有效降低了Spiro-OMeTAD成本,使其更适宜于工业化应用。As a hole-transport material,2,2',7,7'-tetra[N,N-bis(4-methoxyphenyl)amino]-9,9'-spirobifluorene(Spiro-OMeTAD)has been widely used in perovskite solar cells.However,Spiro-OMeTAD is difficult to prepare and expensive,which limit its further commercial application.It is prepared with 2-bromobiphenyl and 2-bromo-9-fluorenone,via halogen-metal replacement reaction,nucleophilic addition reaction,cyclodehydration,oxidative bromination and Buchwald-Hartwig coupling reaction.Its synthesis processes are optimized,and the Spiro-OMeTAD is purified by recrystallization with a high yield and a high purity.This process effectively reduces the cost of Spiro-OMeTAD,which makes it be more suitable for industrialized application.
