摘 要:探讨了湿固化型有机玻璃边缘软连接胶膜的活化时间对粘接性能的影响,初步确定了胶膜的工艺窗口期为5~40 min,其中以15~20 min内完成粘接的效果最佳。并在此基础上改良了粘接工艺,对比分析了粘接件的高低温力学性能和不同固化压力条件下粘接件的耐介质性能。新工艺条件下胶膜粘接件的高低温力学性能有了10.75%~82.86%的提升,在0.3、0.4、0.5和0.6 MPa 4个固化压力条件下,胶膜粘接件的耐介质力学性能有了明显提升,同等固化压力下,试件在耐水试验后剪切强度提高了17.92%,在耐RP-3燃油试验后剪切强度提高了25.03%,新工艺条件下胶膜粘接件的高低温力学性能及耐溶剂侵蚀性能提升显著。The influence of activation time on the bonding performance of moisture curing adhesive film for the plexiglass edge soft bonding is discussed,and the operating period of film is preliminarily determined to be 5-40 min,in which the best bonding effect can be obtained if the bonding is completed within 15-20 min.On this basis,the bonding process is improved,the high and low temperature mechanical properties and the resistance to medium under different curing pressure conditions of the bonded parts are compared and analyzed.Under the new process conditions,the high and low temperature mechanical properties of the bonded parts are improved by 10.75%-82.86%,while curing at the pressure of 0.3,0.4,0.5 and 0.6 MPa respectively,the resistance to medium of the bonded parts have been significantly enhanced.When curing at the same pressure of 0.6 MPa,the shear strength of the specimen after water resistance test increases by 17.92%,and the shear strength after RP-3 fuel oil resistance test increases by 25.03%.Under the new process conditions,the mechanical properties of bonded parts at high and low temperatures and the resistance to medium erosion improve significantly.
